BIG KID MAC-N-CHEESE
Penne pasta tossed with Yuengling beer cheese sauce and cheddar jack cheese.
Topped with slow roasted pulled pork. diced tavern ham, and bacon. Sprinkled with
seasoned, toasted panko bread crumbs.
Seasoned grilled chicken breast and shredded cheddar jack cheese wrapped in a corn tortilla. Topped with
a scratch made enchilada sauce, cheese, and served on top of a creamy
fajita seasoned tequila lime risotto.

SMOKED MEATLOAF SLIDERS
Three house smoked Angus meatloaf sliders topped with American cheese and drizzled
with a buffalo bacon Hollandaise sauce on a Brioche bun.
HOT PULLED ROAST BEEF
Pulled bottom round, slow roasted in house, topped with garlic infused caramelized red onions,
mozzarella cheese and served with beef demi-glace and horseradish cream sauce on a long roll.
GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH
Seasoned grilled chicken breast, chopped Romaine, sliced tomato
on a Brioche bun with your choice of cheese and dressing.
THE GRILLE WRAP
Seasoned grilled diced chicken breast, chopped Romaine, diced plum tomatoes,
cheddar cheese and Applewood smoked bacon. Tossed in our house-made ranch dressing
and wrapped in a flour tortilla.
BLACK ANGUS BURGER
Seasoned 8 oz. Black Angus burger with chopped Romaine, sliced tomato, on a
Brioche bun with your choice of cheese.
PULLED PORK SANDWICH
Seasoned slow roasted pulled pork with house-made BBQ sauce and topped
with cheddar bacon slaw on a Brioche bun.
BLACKENED CHICKEN BLT
Grilled blackened chicken breast topped with melted provolone, Applewood smoked
bacon, chopped Romaine, sliced tomato, and drizzled with a house-made honey jalapeno ranch
on a Brioche bun.
BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP
Diced chicken fingers tossed in buffalo sauce with chopped Romaine, diced plum tomatoes
and shredded cheddar, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.
